Grounded in Christian faith, she brings compassion and practical insight, and her warm, relatable approach is shaped by her love of family, fun, and animals.

Adrian is a Registered Psychotherapist with the Christian Counselling Centre in Hamilton. After completing his undergraduate studies, he spent a year in Central America learning about mental health in a cross-cultural context and believes that understanding people’s stories helps us meet them where they are.
